  1. 1. How we apply for consultation on service and subscribe to the service?
    You can call the Olleh biz IDC customer center, when we will provide you with information and discuss arrangements in detail.

    Service can be subscribed to in the ‘Service Subscription’ menu.
  2. 2. How long does it take from subscription to admission?
    It takes about 3 days after subscription.
  3. 3. Can the customer server installed in KT IDC be managed?
    Server should be managed by the customer in person, and KT IDC can only monitor the basic condition of the server.
    If the server is required to be managed by KT IDC, the MSP service among the supplementary services can be used.
  4. 4. What is the handling procedure when a trouble occurs with the customer server installed in KT ICC?
    It shall be preferentially notified to the customer through the hot-line established in advance, and shall be taken care of in accordance with the preset procedure.
  5. 5. Should we separately pay for the private management line?
    You should pay a separate fee, and the fee differs depending on the commodity and speed.
    Please access to and refer to the private line fees.
  6. 6. Do we have to install a private management line?
    It is not a must.
    The customer does not have to install a private line unless a large capacity information is required to be exchanged between the customer and the server.
    The server can be managed if you have only an internet line to remotely access to the server and a remote management program at your company or at home.
  7. 7. Can we rent a server to receive co-location service?
    It is possible.
    However, you have to pay both the server rental and the colocation fee.
  8. 8. What should be done if the traffic view function does not work on
    You can contact the server operator of KT IDC to ask for an action.
